NORTH DELHI MUNICIPAL CORPORATION EDUCATION DEPARTMENT : HQ 15th Floor, Civic Centre, Minto   No. D/ 309 /ADE/Admn./Edn./HQ/2013       Dated :- 10-1-13  Subject :- Engagement of Teacher (Primary) on Contractual Basis : Candidates shortlisted for verification  of documents.( Job Id 10320)  Online applications were invited from interested and eligible candidates for engagement of Teacher (Primary) in the school of North DMC w.e.f. 17-12-12 to 31-12-12. For the said vacancies, 8162 applications were received online. Their category wise details is : UR-4323, SC-976, OBC-2700 and ST-163 including PH/VH. 171 applications have been found invalid, incomplete and doubly entered on preliminary scrutiny of about 2.5 times applications against the number of vacancies in each category and rejected summarily.  Out of remaining scrutinized applications, Candidates about twice the number of vacancies have been shortlisted for the verification of their documents. The criterion for preparing merit list for short listing the candidates and category wise cut of score  is as under :-   Criterion for preparing merit list for short listing the candidates. 1.  Sr. No Examination passed  Weightage Remarks  1 Secondary or equivalent 25%    (All subjects)  i.e. (%age of marks obtained) X 0.25 Marks will be calculated upto 2 place of decimal and convention of decimal fractions is adhered to. 2 Senior Secondary examination  45%   (Best five subjects)   i.e.(%age of marks obtained) X 0.45 3 Teacher Training   30%   i.e. ( %age of marks  obtained) X 0.30  Total weightage 100%   Category wise cut of score  *  No application is received under this category The category wise list of candidates shortlisted on the basis of above mentioned criteria and cut of score is attached as Annexure ‘A’ to ‘E’  Instructions for shortlisted candidates for verification of documents :  The shortlisted candidates will bring along with them following documents at the time of verification of documents at allotted centres as per  schedule.   1. Original mark sheet and certificate of Secondary Examination or equivalent.  2. Original mark sheet and certificate of Senior Secondary Examination or equivalent 3.  Original mark sheet and certificate of ETE/JBT/B.El.Ed or  equivalent.  4. Certificate of passing Hindi at Secondary Level. 5. Certificate of passing English at secondary Level or Senior Secondary level.   6. Certificate of passing Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) conducted by CBSE  on or before last date of submission of application form i.e. 31-12-2012
Certificate of  Date of Birth i.e. certificate of Secondary Examination or equivalent. 8. Caste certificate issued from the competent authority of GNCTD of Delhi. 9. In case candidate belongs to Physically Handicapped /Visual Handicapped category, certificate issued from Govt. Hospital. 10. The cut of date of acquiring all the eligibilities i.e. academic & professional qualifications alongwith caste and category certificate etc. is on or before 31-12-12.  11. Voter I.D/Adhar Card/Ration Card /Passport/ any other photo ID as address proof. 12. Copy of online application form with signature of the applicant alongwith three latest  passport size photographs. (One duly attested by Gazetted officer to be affixed on the left side of the form and other two unattested to be handed over to the  centre in-charge)  13.  Two sets of photocopies of all the documents of academic and professional qualification, Caste/ Category Certificate and CTET Certificate duly attested by Gazetted officer with signature of applicant on each copy of document. 14. No T.A. /D.A. or any type of payment would be given to attend verification centre. 15. No other communication will be sent to the candidates other than the notice on mcd website i.e. www.mcdonline.gov.in. 16. The final list of selected candidates will be uploaded only on www.mcdonline.gov.in. alongwith date  and schedule of reporting  for further posting. 17. The candidate must have to report for verification of documents as per schedule of programme.  If any candidate does not report for verification of documents on scheduled time, his/her candidature will be rejected and no other chance for verification of documents will be provided. 18. Mere appearance of name of a candidate in the list of shortlisted candidates for verification of documents does not confer any right of selection to the post of Teacher (Primary) on contractual basis. Final select list will be declared among the shortlisted candidates as per number of vacancies. Candidates are advised to be in regular touch with mcd website after a week time of completion of schedule of verification for final select list.  The schedule of verification of documents  for shortlisted candidates is as under :-  S.
